Packaging and Storage
Products are supplied in 25kg moisture-resistant bags or 500kg bulk bags. Store in a dry, covered area away from strong oxidising agents, and keep bags sealed until use.
Shipping Information

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Minimum order quantity depends on location and stock availability. Orders typically start from 1 tonne, with a 10-foot container recommended as an efficient minimum for bulk supply and logistics.
How is pricing calculated?+
Our quotations are typically based on FOB (Free On Board) pricing terms, meaning product cost includes loading onto the shipping vessel at the port of origin. Additional shipping costs, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your destination country.
Can I make payments locally?+
In markets where we have an established distribution partner, local currency payment arrangements may be available. Please discuss this with our commercial team when enquiring.
When is payment collected?+
Payment is collected during order processing, prior to dispatch. Payment terms and instructions are shared once your order is confirmed.

Each shipment is supported by batch identification and testing carried out against defined technical parameters — including hardness, ash content and particle-size distribution — using ASTM-based testing methods.
